45 years ago, a small family restaurant started in Bikfaya, Lebanon, Rodrigue's hometown. In 2012, Rodrigue started his own dream with Toum, and here he is today, the Chef of the first Toum restaurant in Manhattan. He lives for food, making sure he brings you authentic Lebanese flavors.
